I’ve been thinking for a while now about starting to write in a blog again but every time I do, I think about how flat my writing sounds after it has moved through my fingers and into the computer. Even though I detest the lack of personality those words show, they are still my words and sometimes I need to write them down in order to maintain my sanity.
With no further ado, here I am.
One of the most significant things that has happened this week was that I got my hair cut. This haircut was over a year in the making and I had been planning for it thusly. Shortly after Brian and I got engaged last year, my good friend Lauren- who happens to be my hairdresser- told me that she refused to cut my hair short again until after the wedding. So, I was forced to grow my hair out for more than a year. It was longer than it ever had been.
But it is no more.
At least, I would be able to prove it to you if I could figure out how this photo uploading thing worked. So perhaps tomorrow I can unleash the hair on you all.
